How to request warranty (return, repair and refund)
Only faulty items can be returned under warranty.（Drill has a one-year warranty, the battery pack has a six-month warranty）
If your item has an issue,please submit a ticket to our Support Center
Please follow the warranty process:
1.Please describe the problem with your item in details(what happened and when?) stating your order number and product code (sku number).
2.Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue.
3.If the product itself has a problem.Pls send to us Support Center. You need to provide shipping invoice（if the product itself has a problem we will refund you the shipping costs）and also you need to provide the new tracking number.
4.Please send us clear picture or video of the defects in good lighting.
5.If you receive product damage, first do not throw packaging and face sheets, provide photos to us.

Missing items, wrong items or package sent
Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.

2) Please send us clear picture of the outer package and the item ( if applicable)
Solutions:
-If we haven’t sent the item by mistake, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
-If we have shipped the wrong item: Please send it back, we will bear the shipping fee,We will either refund you in full or dispatch an item
with an alternative item (if applicable).
-If you have purchased the wrong item: you can return the product back to us for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees to return the item(s)

Warranty Exemptions
The buyer must pay the reshipping fee to us before the item is authorized for repair.Product degradation
